Home-Towne Suites Opens Eighth Hotel

Lexington, KY. - Mike Tetterton, President of Home-Towne Suites, announces the November 1st opening of the eighth property in the extended stay chain.

The new property, located in Bowling Green, KY, is a prototype for all new properties under construction or in development phases and features upscale amenities. The pricing for the new prototype will be similar to the existing hotels in the Home-Towne Suites chain where the longer you stay the less you pay per night.

The new property features 388 - 600 square foot suites that include 42” plasma flat panel TV’s in every suite; some suites offer both large flat panel plasma TV in the living area and a 17” LCD TV at the desk area. Each suite also offers a 2-line phone with speaker and conference call features. The new prototype offers three room types, Queen Suites, King Suites, and 2 Bedroom Suites.

Home-Towne Suites is a chain of residential studios specializing in long term stays and designed especially for the business traveler by offering spacious apartment style suites at a fraction of the cost of normal hotel rooms. Michael Tetterton, founder and President, spent 10 years with Residence Inn by Marriott and 5 years as Vice President of Operations for Studio Plus before developing the Home-Towne Suites chain. Home-Towne Suites operates 8 locations, with another 6 currently in different phases of development planning.
